I have a smartlist report, that pulls in the Total YTD Sales and Total LYR Sales.
I am trying to balance out what goes into these figures. Is it only invoices, that make these figures up? Are other portions, such as Freight, Miscellaneous included. How are discounts factored in, or are they? What about Debit and Credit memos?

Not sure how the smartlist was built but if your Total YTD Sales matches with Inquiry, Sales, Yearly Summary then yes the ytd sales amount will include trade discount, freight, tax, miscellaneous from SOP and also include Debit and credit memos from Receivable.——————————————-
