I have a Salesperson ID setup for a customer however when a Sales Document is created for the customer the Salesperson ID assigned to the sales document is not the sales person assigned on the customer card.

What am I missing?

There are multiple windows were the sales person ID and sales territory need to be entered in. On the customer card, there is the main entry on the lower left part of the window. Then on each of the ship to and bill to addresses need to have then sales person and sales territory need to be entered as well. Did you get all of these fields set up?
