Works just fine…

GP 2016R2 release – upgrade from GP 10.0 (note we did have to use a different server to get to the 2013R2YE2016 level before upgrading to 2016)

SQL 2016

Windows 2016 with Hyper-V

And GP just smokes if you have a new server with SSD drives. 🙂
