Hi,

I am trying to determine if there is a way to holdback other amounts in addition to the percentage of retention set up in the subcontractor window in Wennsoft Job Cost

We use the percentage retention for the mechanics lien with typically is 10% of the progress claim.

Often times there are additional amounts of holdback for deficiencies, warranties, testing etc… in excess of the 10%. These dollar values determined by project managers that are not percentage based.
