I found out that the state of Iowa will only accept W2 information electronically.  

Can anyone provide a vendor that could assist with uploading of the W2 information?

We have a lot of customers who use it.  It’s really easy to use and very inexpensive. 
Just make sure you tell them what state when you are buying or reach out to them after purchase? to let them know.  There is a little quirk for Oklahoma where we have to go in and adjust one setting but when we tell them Oklahoma they send us the steps to make the adjustment.

Looks interesting, but in the list of states, it doesn’t show Ohio.  Do you know of a similar system, that files for Ohio and Indiana?

I am currently manually modifying the W2 file, that Dynamics creates for the SSA filing.   (Deleting the employees from other states, before uploading to each state, and making other modifications for county and school district lines).

Greenshades can handle the Ohio filing – guessing Indiana is somewhat the same.  Their product is online and you just need to link the GP SD codes with the local codes.

I would suggest calling W2Mate or maybe downloading the free version and using the state drop down to see if Ohio and Indiana are actually there.
With Oklahoma, there aren’t any notes on the website that say you need special instructions for Oklahoma.  When we started using this it was just a matter of knowing that Oklahoma doesn’t follow the federal file layout for 1099 uploads, so we asked them if/how they handled it.
