?Hello:

We are currently using GP 2016R2 which has the new feature of printing W-2s instead of having to use the preprinted forms. My understanding of the W-2 form in 2016R2 is that it only prints a one page W-2 and not all the copies (Copy A, B, C and D) of the W-2 that are required to be furnished to the employee.

How are employers using the new W-2 printing feature in GP and providing employees with all the required copies?

?Hi Angie,

This has been a disappointing new feature to GP. Your choices are to print your W-2’s 4 times, purchase forms, or add a third party module such as Greenshades for W-2’s. Hopefully Microsoft will enhance this feature for next year.
