We have a payroll transaction where the net pay was zero after deductions.  We want to void this but can’t do it through void checks since the check is zero.  How do we void the transaction?

It seems a bit odd as the $0.00 net wages checks do appear in the transactions Payroll Check Voiding Window.
$0.00 net wage checks are not that uncommon. For example if you pay a separate bonus but the employee elects 100% to go to their 401K you would get a $0.00 check.

In any case if its not in the below window for voiding possibly your check was already voided or did not get posted.
Maybe go to the Payroll Check Inquiry window and verify it is there under the employee. If voided it will show the check box on left.
