  Two Heads Are Better Than One: Help Us Staff the Dynamics GP Tech Medic Desk at

  Here’s the full article. I changed the dates to “this October” so they can’t be wrong if the conference runs longer than the sign-up days.

  Community Summit NA 2026 is almost here, and this October we’re at the Gaylord Opryland Resort & Convention Center in Nashville. If you’re coming, I’d like to ask for one hour of your time.

  What is the GP Tech Medic Desk?

  The Tech Medic Desk is one of the best things about Summit. Dynamics GP users can walk up with a real problem, like a report that won’t balance, a posting error, a year-end question, or an integration that isn’t working, and get free help from experienced members of the community. No sales pitch, no appointment, just people helping people.

  Attendees tell us it’s one of the most useful parts of the conference, and it only works because volunteers give their time.

  Where we stand

  Our application volunteers have been fantastic, and every Application Resource slot is filled. Thank you!

  We still have 13 open slots for the second person at the desk. I want to be clear about one thing: you don’t have to be a hardcore technical person to help. If you know GP well as a consultant, power user, or application specialist, we’d love to have you. We want at least two people at the desk every session because it gets busy, and two people can handle twice the questions.

  • 8:30am – 9:30am

  • 3:30pm – 4:30pm

  • 8:30am – 9:30am
  • 9:30am – 10:30am
  • 10:30am – 12:00pm
  • 1:30pm – 2:30pm
  • 2:30pm – 3:30pm

  Tuesday needs the most help. There’s no second volunteer for any of its slots yet.

  Why volunteer?

  • You’ll help fellow GP users solve real problems on the spot.
  • You’ll meet people from across the community: customers, partners, and ISVs.
  • You’ll probably learn something too. Every question at the desk is a new puzzle.
