Thanks to all that attended the webinar today on Excel Refreshables!!There was a question that came through that I did not know the answer to off the top of my head.
“On the Sales Dashboard with the hidden datasource worksheets, how can I keep users from double clicking the pivot tables and charts to drill in to the source data”
The answer is in the Pivot Table Options(you’ll have to make sure you select this setting on all of your Pivots that you create).
While on the pivot table, right click and choose Pivot Table Options:
UNCHECK the “Enable show details”
When attempting to drill in after that, a user will get this message, but it will not drill in.
If anyone else knows a better way, please share!!!
