Timesheet Approval Window in GP 2016 R2

  We are currently on GP 2016 R2. There is a user that when she clicks on Approve Timesheets from the Project Time and Expense panel on her homepage, the window does not open up. She has the same access as others that this window works for. She is on the same terminal server as others that this windows for. I temporarily got around this by clicking on the big blue Timesheet button on that panel and configuring the filters so that she can see which timesheets need her approval. She was then able to proceed with approving the timesheets.
  
  Has anyone else experienced this issue?
