Does anyone have a good process for calculating number of weeks worked or a custom report built?  Our company has a lot of seasonal workers that can work 80-100 hour weeks.  It is cumbersome trying to determine the number of weeks worked in a quarter.

Just thought to mention – assuming that you are aware of this report but … there is a SUTA Summary report that is meant to deliver this information. This is available from the Period End Reports window (Reports > Payroll > Period End). This report requires the “Weeks Worked” field to be populated on payroll transactions to report correctly.
