I have some SQL monitoring tools keeping an eye on GP activity. a few times a month, I see a few SQL alerts for “Blocked Processes”.
It is always the same subgroup of GP users and this call: uprBuildHomepageDataGridTempTable What the heck is this and why would it cause blocking?
We are on GP 2018 R2 and have never used Payroll or HR modules. All GP Users access the same GP Clients through Citrix. No individual GP Clients are in use.
