We have recently been seeing some SKU’s where their back order quantities are going negative immediately following the processing of the Sales Auto Allocation routine.

We have the Auto Allocation process running every hour throughout the day.

The options we use are:
Transactions -> Sales -> Automatic Order Allocation
Options
Allocate Documents
       Orders
Allocate Documents by -> Requested Ship Date
Range -> Line Site
    Select Site to Allocate

Any ideas why this could be happening?
