I’m not sure what I did.  This morning I was able to use Smartlists, now they won’t open.  I’m a power user and have added another security task just in case for smartlists.  
Other users can use smartlists and I can access them when logged into my computer as sa.  So it doesn’t seem to be my computer/gp, but my user as I can’t use smartlists on other computers as myself.

Does anyone have any ideas what I did?

I ended up deleting the user in the sql table as suggested and it worked.
