We are currently on GP 2016 R2.  We have added a couple of smartlist shortcuts in employee’s My Reports panel on their GP Homepage. There are a couple of employees who I can not get this to work.  When they click on the shortcuts, the smartlist window opens up but it doesn’t take them to the actual smartlist.  They can then expand the folders and get to these smartlists so they have access to them.  For everybody else, the actual smartlists open up when they click on the shortcuts.

I have deleted these shortcuts and recreated them but I get the same results.  I even get the sames results when I create these shortcust in the Navigation pane.  I compared their entry in the SY70700 table with ones that work and it is the same data.

Has anyone else seen this issue before?

It happened again to another one of my users just a few weeks ago, and I went searching for this solution. 

Now I have the details saved in OneNote, where I keep all of my solutions:-)
