SmartList error message
My computer crashed and had to be reformatted. All is good except I get an error message when I select one of the SmartList I use frequently.
I get the error “Cannot access this form because the dictionary containing it is not loaded”
In the past I would get this message when trying to run a report, but a Smart List.
When I click the OK it loads the data. I can push it to Excel and move on with my task. It is just an extra click or two, but annoying.
Our GP Administrator cannot clear it. We are on GP2018 18.6.1695
