[Pam Palmer]

How do we obtain a copy of the Shipment Notification Tool?  My VAR does not know a thing about it and I’ve read we need to go directly to Microsoft to get it – but where?  

Does anyone have contact info for this product?

I know you said your VAR doesn’t know anything about it but I know when we get it from our VAR they get it from Partnersource.  Maybe you could tell your VAR to search in Partnersource for it.

Hi ,
The Shipment Notification tool like a bunch of other freebies from Microsoft are all available from the same download page where the PSTL is available too.. Unfortunately this site is currently unavailable due to the Customer/Partner Source being down since 2 weeks now and MS actively working on it to restore it.

The link above is the one where you partner should be able to find it.. I’m not sure if the tool was updated past GP 2013.. because each release should have its own version.

Edit:  according to this community forum post, even the older build for 2013 would work on never GP builds:

The Customer / Partner source portal is back into normal operation this morning.. I checked back and the ShipmentNOtification package is available for all current supported GP versions (2015 to 2018). ?
