Hello everyone,

I have a client that has the following issue:

1. They entered and posted a Increase Adjustment to record the production of a finished good.
2. After posting, they realized they used the wrong Serial Number (Example: 234765)
3. They then entered a negative adjustment to remove the item/serial number from the system.
4. Now (a couple weeks later), they are ready to use that Serial Number. When they enter it, they get a pop-up error:

I am drawing a blank as to how they should have fixed this and what they can do to move forward to use this number again or prevent this error in the future.

Any ideas?

Figured it out.

they have a customization! I disabled it and it worked fine.
