I am setting up my first workflow in a test system. It’s a basic GL batch approval workflow.  When I try to assign a user to a step, I can open the Workflow User Selection window and select a user.  But when I click OK, the selected user does not populate the Assign To field.  If I reopen the Workflow User Selection window, there are no users saved.  What am I missing?

I have this issue for a client at the moment. There issue is being caused by having two domains with the server on one, but the users on another.

Do you have one or more domains?

Yes.  Our current GP Servers are in a sub domain.  The servers for our planned GP2016 R2 upgrade will all be on the top domain so that issue will go away.  I will get with our network folks on this.
