Sales Transaction Entry buttons missing

    Sales Transaction Entry buttons missing

    We have a client with one user who’s Sales Transaction Entry screen is missing the Holds, User-Defined, Distributions and Commissions buttons. Her security settings seem to be identical to another user who is able to see and access these buttons. She is not using a modified version of the form. Any ideas? Thank you!

    What window command display does your user have set in the user preferences? To see those buttons easily you need to have the Action Pane chosen.

    Thanks Jennifer! It looks like if we change this option to Menu Bar, then the user can see the buttons without using the Action Pane. I appreciate your help!
