Greetings,
It’s been some time since I used RTV in the FS module, so I am a bit rusty.  Does anyone out there know why my RTV Shipped and Received dates would be the same (date and time)?  I’m not sure if this is proper functionality based on workflow, or user error, or system error.   Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

At first view it may depend on how the RTV type you have up there is setup:  RTV Repair… check that, but here is a diagram of the life cycle of an RTV, as you can see, much of how it is processed depends on what the type is

– This is great! Thank you.  Upon further research, I realize the dates will match if the transaction is a credit.  Somehow this repair created a credit document even though the Type RTV Repair is set to Return or Replace.  I need to figure out out if this is a bug or a user caused issue. Thanks again!
