I have created a Conditional Calculated that returns a String “Credit Balance-Do Not Pay” when the customer balance is negative.
When I drag the field into the F2 footer, and run the entire customer list, it prints on the previous page or returns nothing when it encounters a negative balance. If I run a single customer, it works fine.
I am not sure if I am entering it in the wrong footer or the calculated field is created incorrectly.
Any insight would be appreciated. We are using GP2010

Hi Jim!
Your post intrigued me so I gave it a shot. I first recreated your calculated field. I then placed it in each section. See below:
The only change I made was to use the last occurrence instead of data.
Then it worked.
Hope this helps.

Thank for the suggestion. When I first tried it, still no luck until I realized my Balance Due was incorrect. I also changed the Condition so that greater or equal to than $0.00 was the true case which got rid of my oddball items.
Thank you so much for your help.
