      Hi,  I’m wondering if anyone knows of a report that can be run, after setting up or changing benefit amounts for the year.  I haven’t been able to locate a report.  I’m on GP2015R2.  Thanks

      Hi Denise,
      Are you looking for a report of HR Benefits plans which have been updated this year?Ā
      The below is reporting the HR Benefit name, employee cost, employer cost, benefit begin and end date, and is restricting to only those changed in 2018. (my screenshot is reporting 2017 year changes however).

      You can build this via SmartList, or put the below in SQL.Ā

      Hope this helps!

      SELECT BE010130.EMPID_I, BE010130.BENEFIT, BE010130.INACTIVE, BE010130.COSTEMPLOYEE_I, BE010130.COSTEMPLOYER_I, BE010130.BNFBEGDT, BE010130.BNFENDDT, BE010130.CHANGEDATE_I, UPR00100.FRSTNAME, UPR00100.LASTNAME
      FROM BE010130 LEFT JOIN UPR00100 ON BE010130.EMPID_I = UPR00100.EMPLOYID
      WHERE ((BE010130.INACTIVE)=0) AND ((BE010130.CHANGEDATE_I)>=’2018-01-01′)

      ?Hi Denise

      I could never find a package report either so I created a Smartlist Builder to access the benefit and deduction amounts from the payroll employee card. I am a novice at using Smartlist Builder but this report works.

      Hi,

      I created a smartlist using the Payroll Benefit Master and the Payroll Master tables.

      Thanks.
