As of late whenever I run our items received not invoiced , the report will crash after a few minutes or so. My direct report is having the same problem with other system generated reports crashing on him. Is there a fix or do we need to reach out to our GP support partner? Any helpful suggestions are welcome.Â

Ours is doing the same thing. When a system generated report is viewed on the screen, it times out after exactly 5 minutes, closes out and if we weren’t done, we have to bring it up again. This is very frustrating when reviewing something that might take a few minutes. We have been unable to determine how to fix it however it started after we installed the new YE update. It was fine before that and we could review a report as long as we wanted on the screen until we closed it out.

If you have GP Power Tools installed it will close the report writer window if it is left open. You should leave the feature active, but can change the timeout value to longer.
Also make sure you have build 28.4 installed as this build starts the timer once the report has completed rather than when the window first opens.
