      Hi Tracy,
I don’t think you can.Ā  It is always a range.

      ,

Will the accounts be the same all the time or will they change frequently? ?If they will stay consistent you could always create a Row Format in MR (and probably most other reporting packages that work with GP) that lists just the accounts you want to see and run one out of there. And the advantage of that would be that it can be easily exported to excel.

If the account numbers change from instance to instance this may not be effective time-wise, but depending on the number of accounts you are querying you could make it work.

      Tracy ~

I agree with Barbara’s option.Ā  One other possibility is if the accounts share a common segment other than the first segment.Ā  For example is the second segment is Department, and you wish to see all accounts from one department, then using the segment filter on the standard trial balance will produce the report.

      Sally?

Hi – what order are you trying to do them in? You can do an Excel report and put them in the order you’d like.

      Hi Tracy –Ā

      Your answer is Navigation List!Ā

If you’re in the financial section, you select the Accounts Navigation List. Once it loads, check the accounts you want for your report. Then click on Reports. Select Print Trial Balance. You’ll then have the option to Include Details, and what year. When you click the Print button, you’ll have the opportunity to print to screen, printer or to a file.

Viola! A trial balance with non-consecutive account numbers.Ā

      Enjoy!
