      Hello –

We are looking for an ISV that will do our Billing Schedule.  We have seen Binary Stream’s Advanced Recurring Contract Billing (ARCB) and would like to know if there’s any other system out there for our comparison?

      Thanks!!

      Cecile,

Binary is usually our go to for this type of functionality, but we also have used Encore’s in the past    https://www.encorebusiness.com/solutions/subscription-billing/

in addition, if you are looking for a more advanced (hence $$$$), then take a look at TenSoft Revenue Lens as well.

      Hope this helps.

Why not use the GP Contract Administration to do the billing?  We have a small amount of subscription billing each month, either for monthly or annual subscriptions.  Our current source is an external solution.  I upload the month’s transactions to GP2015 using Integration Manager.  But I have wanted to find the time to explore use of Contract Administration, to keep it all within Great Plains.

I would look at GPs Contract Administration as well. We do a few hundred  contracts with it. Covered lines, billing periods, auto renewals etc.
Easy mass Billing as well as Revenue Recognition for Contracts not billed monthly. Its been around for 20 years and is pretty solid.

      Hi Cecile!
Encore Business Solutions has a solution that you may wish to explore.  Subscription Billing is a popular and mature add-on solution for clients who are billing the same services and/or products on a recurring basis.  It’s easy to implement and work with as it leverages your GP setups and if you have the need to recognize revenue over future periods it works with GP’s Revenue and Expense Deferral module to create the revenue recognition entries over future periods.   I recommend that you reach out to Encore to discuss your requirements.  Encore’s Subscription Billing
