Right now, the quick print feature is spaced out to the entire work group. Is there a way to have it save for the specific user? We are running GP 2015.

Hi there, what we did because we had the same issue was quite simple.
We recorded a macro to go through the print settings (which is basically what quick print is 🙂 ) and then we assigned our own codes to it for the user.
The user puts a shortcut on their navigation pane, they click say CTRL – J and their macro runs.
Works like a champ. Each macro can be different by user/group.

The quick print settings are stored in the Dex.ini file. It probably is going into the system shared Dex.ini file.
If you use separate Dex.ini files it make be able to split them, or if you use user level Dex.ini (available in later versions of GP), it might be possible to move the setting into the user level Dex.ini and out of the System level Dex.ini.
