Hi All, I have a customer who wants to use the Quick Assignment function in Payroll. However, every time I try to walk her through it, I find that the settings don’t roll down for Accrual checkboxes, linked pay codes, default amounts. Has anyone experienced this? I am seeing this in GP20, so it’s not an old version having problems.Ā

I tested this a bit as well, my accrue boxes come in marked if you are accruing in payroll under Tools | Setup | HR | Attendance Setup. If that is set to attendance, then you do not see those boxes on the window.
Thanks Terry, I hope you and your family are doing well. They are only using Payroll, and are using the Quick Assignment under Cards >> Payroll. Although my rates came in with the pay code (ex: HOURLY), if I had also selected Vacation, for example, I kind of expected it to bring in the HOURLY rate. Do I need to have the user type in the rate for every pay code, including OT?
