Hello, 

Has anyone ever purged old employee data in GP? 

I am mostly concerned with having personal information stored in GP forever for terminated employees. (ie – address, social, birthdate, etc)

I would check with your policy folks first to see what your retention policy is – I think it’s either 7 or 10 years for payroll data.  Beyond that, the remove options in PayrollUtilities are very straight forward and easy to use and can be done for individual employees.
