We have a question from our collections team regarding the pop-up dialog box in Collections Management.

This comes up when they are trying to add a New Note to invoices that are already saved to another note.

They would like this pop-up box to be overridden and for it to simply perform the function to move the document to the new note.  They do not want to have to click the Change button for each invoice.

Is this even possible?  I did not see a setting to disable warning messages such as this for Collections Management.

Unfortunately, there is no way to override this window, as it is a requirement when moving a document from one note to the other.
