Hello, my company processes separate check runs for “EFT” payments and “CHECK” payments. the current process works well, but we are wondering if any organizations process both EFT and CHECK payments within the same check run? If so, can you elaborate on your process?

I don’t think you can. Because in your check batch, you have to select either Check or EFT (or Credit Card). We have always done them separate.
