In the process of developing a maintenance plan for GP data.
1. Sales data automatically move to history when transferred or posted
2. Purchase orders only move to history through the tools-> Routines _> Purchasing -> Removed Completed Purchase Orders

Are there other documents that need to be moved to history via a routines/utilities process similar to Purchase Orders?

Receivables requires a routine to move docs from Open to History, but not sure about SOP.

Normal Purchasing module automatically moves to history when payment is applied/posted.

GL Data moves to history during the year end close process.
