Mary,

For the payroll and tax figures, the payroll summary for each week will work great.  It gives you the total gross wages, as well as the employer SS figures.  Also, the employee wage and hour report will give you details of employees hours each week, as well as individual wages.

As far as utilities go, we actually used the statement from the utility companies for that detail.

We summarized all of this in spreadsheets, and had the reports for backup, should they be requested by the bank or SBA.  The bank will review first, then the SBA.  Our first PPP has been forgiven, by both, so the reports were sufficient.
