      We had a quick power outage while working on the lockbox which caused the computers to go off. The lockbox entry shows the lockbox batch but when we select it the following message displays “please enter a new or existing lockbox ID”. How do we release the file which is not available?

      I’m not sure if this will work or not, but I would try some of the steps listed in the “batch stuck in posting” article:  https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/850289

      Specifically the clearing of the Activity, Dex_Lock and Dex_Session tables.  Any time you are going to  use SQL to clear tables, you should have all users out of GP and make a back up first.
