Has anyone experienced a problem with ‘post to” not working correctly?  We are on 18.4 and have been for about 6 months.  NOTHING was changed and the settings still look correct, but the batches do not post to the G/L.  You can see them and post from Series post in the financial module, but even that has had some issues when we try to post more than one batch at a time.  I can’t find anything online regarding this issue.  We tried unchecking and rechecking the box, but no luck.  It is very strange.  Thanks for any ideas to fix this.

Do you have any 3rd Party Products that you use to enter Sales Transactions?

We do import some batches using SmartConnect, but even those entered directly and manually do the same thing.  Bank transactions are also doing this. (But not the cash receipt batches; just non-ar cash receipts).

So although we never had the second post through general ledger files checked, it HAD been posting through.  Don’t ask me how.  But it randomly stopped.  I’ve now checked both boxes and everything is working correctly again.  I have no idea what happened.  It’s fixed though!
