We use a 3rd party software to automate the Safe Pay process.  This software enables us to combine the checks written from all our databases to make one file and then sends it.  Does anyone use a 3rd party software to automate the Safe Pay process?  If so, what do you use and how satisfied are you with it?

We do something similar for customers that want/need to automate the SafePay process.  We use a SQL View to combine data from multiple databases/checkbooks into 1 file and then a product called VisualCron to schedule the daily pull from SQL and push to the banking institution site.

This could be done with just an SSIS package but VisualCron allows the user to easily adjust the schedule if needed.  VisualCron is just an automation tool it is not specific to GP or Microsoft in any way.  A server license is about $400 (1 time fee).
