Is there anything out of the box GP (2018) that tracks or audits when (and who) a PO was cancelled or closed? We have Rockton Auditor and will set up an audit moving forward but is there a way to see what happened without auditor?

      Thank you,
      Charlotte

      Hi Charlotte,
Unfortunately not much.. GP only tracks who did last edit / save the PO.. not what was done and who did it.
Rockton Auditor is really the tool to go if you want know all the details about the changes that occured to your documents.
GP has a built-in Activity Tracker, but it’s very limited and need of course to be enabled on a per user/per company level too before, in order to collect some data access.

      Hi Charlotte,

We have a product we built to allow customers to track Purchase Order Revisions inside GP (PO Revision History). In addition to allowing users to track when, what and how much was changed, we offer reason codes for why purchase orders change, as well. Feel free to learn more by visiting our site below or let me know if you would be interested in a demo.

We look forward to hearing from you!

      Respectfully,
