I’m having a issue with adding a current year end pay code to a new employee.  We charge the LTD at year end to our employees.  We have used it for only 1 employee in the past.  I’m trying to added it to more employees this year and it states pay code not linking.  In the pay code set up we have all of the pay code being charged to the same GL.  We even tried adding the pay code to a position before adding it to the employee and it still did not work. 

Any ideas?
