    Payables Remittance Email

    Our organization is moving our GP environment from on-prem virtual servers to Azure servers. The Azure environment consists of a SQL Server and RDS servers for the users access the GP Client. The Azure GP is setup and is working except for one important function; I have been unable to make the sending of payables remittances by email work. The payables remittances by email does work in the on-prem system, cannot be configured the same in Azure environment due to need to use Office 365.

    The RDS OS is Windows 11 Enterprise and the GP version: 18.8.1919. Email would be sent from a shared mailbox, example OurAP@lss.org.

    Any help to get this configured and working would be appreciated.
