I have an invoice which is dated 11/17/2022 with a Due Date of 11/17/2022. The Post date for this invoice is 11/30/2022. The invoice was paid with a check dated and posted on 12/22/2022.

When I try to run a Payables Aged Trial Balance for the customer associated with this invoice as of GL Post Date 11/30/2022 nothing shows up on the Payables  AgeTrial Balance.

I was hoping I could get advice on what I am doing wrong.

I am using Payables -> Reports -> Aged Trial Balance with Print/Age as of 11/30/2022 (GL Positing Date is auto selected for me) and I insert the from and To vendor related to the invoice I described above

Make sure you are using the Historical Aged Trial Balance Report.  The regular aging does not look at the history table to see when an invoice was in an open state.  The Historical aging does.

Thanks. That was part of the issue. The other part included allow for fully paid documents to show. Since the invoice was paid off, even though it was after the age as of date, it would not appear until I allowed Fully Paid Documents

In order to accurately produce an Aged Trial Balance for a previous date, the Historical Aged Trial Balance report should be utilized.
