Is there a way to setup GP to have a password change prompt? If we’re working in GP and it’s time to change our password, we’re not prompted; GP just starts to error out in whatever we’re working on at the time.

Good morning Kim.  This functionality is not available in GP without an add-on.  GP Power Tools is an inexpensive solution to this issue as well as other items.  I would recommend taking a look at GP Power Tools.

The free solution you mention is not being maintained and was for a previous version of Dynamics GP.

The solution in GP Power Tools, is based on the concept from the solution you mention, with permission from the original author and the current owner of the code.

The GP Power Tools solution is the supported replacement to free solution.

Please note that there are many other features in GP Power Tools, each of which alone make it worth buying.
