Hi Kerry – we’ve been using Panatrack since January 2015. I can’t tell you how easy this system is to use, primarily because I am in control of all the settings and all of the data management is just in Dynamics. There is no separate database for inventory management, its all in GP.
Our warehouse is located in Kansas City and our main server that hosts our GP is in Minneapolis. There has never been an issue with data transmission unless our internet was down in one of these locations and we just went to picking orders by paper until the Internet Provider fixed the issue. 
The set up of this issue was just as easy. I believe it was about 30 minutes and some extra time on the scanners themselves to upload the latest software versions. We had a software version update last year, per my request, that took even less time. 
Also, the knowledge of GP Dynamics by the Panatrack team is outstanding and they have been able to help some random questions very efficiently. 
Our primary use of the Panatrack scanning system is in the manufacturing module so if you have further questions, Panatrack can send you my information and I will be happy to go in more detail.
