We are looking for ways to streamline our Accounts Receivables and I really have 2 questions:

• Has anyone used the Online Services in GP, and if so are you willing to chat with me about the experience?
• We are looking for an ISV that would allow us to email out the statements and invoices and for our customers to click on something and enter their CC info to process the payment and bring the info into GP.

Nodus Technologies also has an excellent tool that works with GP for customer portal, cc processing.  It can even allow your customers to autopay/settle if you want every month.

It’s reasonably priced and also offers CC processing from within GP that is PCI compliant.
