Hello We have created new deduction codes, and assigned earnings codes that they are associated with. When we use the Quick Assignment, under deduction setup, use a filter by employee class, the deductions are added to the employees, but no earnings codes are in the setup by employee. Do these need to be done manually for each employee? We have over 100 employees effected. Is it safe to use SQL to add to the UPR00501 table?
Thank you

Mary, When you say earnings codes do you mean pay codes?Ā If yes then why don’t you use the class ID to add the pay codes to the employee?Ā When assigning pay codes I use Integration Manager or SC to import them as these validate data.Ā I have always noticed the Quick Assignment to be buggy and miss some important fields on setup screens. You could do SQL in which you would need to do an insert statement, however it is not validated when you do it this way. Tanya
