We are currently running GP2018 R2 (18.00.0704) and experiencing the Word Template issue related to the September MS update.

For my own understanding, applying this service pack is, in actuality, an upgrade to 18.3.  There is no service pack for GP2018 R2.

If the above is true, I need to do a lot more planning.

Hello Jim! You are correct in your assessment; there is no service pack for GP 2018 R2. Check with any and all ISV’s that their respective add-ons are ready to be used with GP 18.3. Good luck!
