I’m trying to move closed PO’s to history and am using the Tools -> Routines-> Purchasing -> Remove Completed Purchase Orders however when it completes the report is saying “This document number already exists in history, it can’t be moved” but when I look in the POP30100 table I don’t see the closed PO’s and the closed PO’s are still in the work PO10100 table.

Any ideas?

So I found what was causing this particular issue. I had some triggers on the POP30110 table. Once those triggers were disabled I no longer saw the message that they were already in history and they in fact moved to the history tables.

As a followup, can I simply write a SQL query to move cancelled and closed PO’s from the POP10100 and POP10110 to their associated history tables or is there more to consider?
