GP gives you out to 5 decimal places for Qty & Currency in the inventory item setup.Ā  Is there any enhancement that allows you to extend this number?

We’d like to keep a base Unit of Measure @ Short Tons.
We’d like to also handle that inventory in Metric Tons.
The conversion from Short Tons to Metric Tons is like .90718474.Ā  If we do anything less, we run into material rounding issues.

We could set our base unit of measure in LBS here but really don’t want to as then we can’t use things like the Adjust Costs utility & other headaches throughout the process.

      Thanks in advance,
      Kyle

The five decimal digits is a limitation in Dexterity, as I understand it, so it applies throughout GP.Ā  I am not aware of any add-on that would allow more decimal digits within GP’s inventory related modules.
