Help please! We recently moved a portion of our receivables from one database to another and are having issues getting the customer statements to print on our modified form. This is what the Statements screen looks like, which is identical to what it looked like in the old database:

This is what our Template Maintenance looks like, same as the old database. The modified form is assigned to the new database.

What are we missing?

Did you move the server as well?  Try reuploading the old Word Template and see if that works

Hi

Go to Administration>Setup>System>Modified Forms and Reports and ensure that the statement is marked to use the Modified version of the form.

If you did not move servers it is likely that it should be marked, but if it is not that is likely the issue.
