Recently we got issues on backward infinite scheduling method. In the window manufacturing order entry, 2 methods could be chosen to build picklist. We could choose Forward Infinite to rebuild any picklist but we cannot use backward Infinite to build picklist on any MOs with outsource routing sequence.  We got error as “Divided by zero”. There is NO issue to use backward infinite to rebuild picklist for any MOs WITHOUT outsource routing sequence.

We did not have that issues before until we upgraded GP2010 from sp1 to sp4. But we are uncertain whether other changes on routing setup caused issues either. Any idea to find root cause of this issue?

      Thank you in advance,

      Hua
