I have added the ATTR User-Defined 2 in our column definition, but I noticed if we have a natural account with sub accounts, the user-defined info that comes through is only for the “main” account with no sub.

Can anyone help me understand why the actual User-Defined Field set up in the Account card would not come through correctly in Management Reporter?

      Hi

I’m at a loss on this one, it seems to be right, but I would also think it may have something to do with how the ROW is built.Ā

Hopefully some MR guru can answer this one for you.?

Hello, few thoughts to share for diagnosing:

      • Would run report for multiple periods (for PERIODIC column use 1:BASE for multiple periods to see if any other months or accounts display)
      • Rebuild data mart after new Custom field created:Ā https://blogs.msdn.microsoft.com/dynamics_financial_reporting/2016/06/28/resetting-the-management-reporter-data-mart/
      • I could quickly and complimentary dial in via GoToMtg to look at

I’ve been told we update the DataMart monthly and since I updated the Account Cards around mid August it doesn’t seem to be the issue.Ā  If you’re GoTMtg offer is still available I’ll take you up on that šŸ™‚
